Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Woorimyeon Co., Ltd. ('the Company') collects company name, contact person, phone, email, and message content through the business inquiry form, and your email address through the materials request form at the bottom of every page. These items are submitted by you directly; information collected automatically via cookies while you browse the site is covered separately in section 6.

2. Purpose of use

Collected information is used solely to receive, review, and respond to inquiries, and to send the materials you request.

3. Retention period

Inquiry and materials-request data is retained for 3 years after the request is closed, then destroyed without delay. Data is deleted immediately upon request.

4. Disclosure to third parties

The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties. It may be disclosed only where required by law or where a law-enforcement authority requests it through the procedure prescribed by law, and only to that extent. Processing entrusted to service providers is covered separately in section 5.

5. Processors and international transfer

The Company uses the service providers below, whose servers are outside Korea. Hosting information is transferred over the network when you visit; inquiry and materials-request data is transferred when you submit the relevant form. Google Analytics data is transferred only after you allow analytics cookies.

· Visitor analytics — Google LLC (USA) / Items: the cookie data in section 6 / Purpose: visitor analytics / Retention: 14 months / Contact: policies.google.com/privacy

You may refuse the international transfer. No transfer of form data occurs if you contact us by phone (+82 1551-1959) or email (sales@dpnoodle.com) instead of using a form, and analytics can be refused by the means described in section 6. The transfer of access information for hosting, however, happens simply by opening this website; if you do not want that, please stop using the site and contact us at the details above.

6. Cookies and web analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve this site. In every region, including Korea, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we do not load Google Analytics or send analytics data before you allow analytics cookies. We do not send cookieless analytics pings while analytics is declined.

If you allow analytics, measurement starts with your current page and includes referral information, page views, successful inquiries and materials requests, phone-number clicks, and device or browser information. Actions taken before consent are not sent retrospectively. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and messages entered in our forms are not included in analytics events. Allowing analytics does not grant consent to advertising or personalised advertising.

We remember your choice in this browser’s local storage for the corporate site (dpnoodle.site.analytics-consent), together with the time of the choice, expiry and policy version, for 180 days. When it expires or the consent policy version changes, we ask again and keep analytics off until you choose. Clearing browser storage or using another browser requires a new choice. This preference storage is separate from analytics cookies.

Analytics cookies named dp_site_ga and dp_site_ga_KS8VNJV28E are scoped to the corporate-site host and expire no later than your consent. You can change your choice at any time under “Analytics cookie settings” in the footer. Declining after previously allowing stops subsequent analytics and deletes these corporate-site cookies. To request deletion of data already sent, contact us using section 10. Analytics data retention is 14 months.

This choice applies only to the corporate site at dpnoodle.com and is not automatically applied to shop.dpnoodle.com. Existing _ga cookies on the parent domain (.dpnoodle.com) may be used by the shop, so we neither delete them in bulk nor copy their identifiers into the new analytics cookies. These older cookies may therefore remain in your browser after you decline. Manage shop cookies separately on the shop.

Analytics consent is separate from processing an inquiry or materials request. You can use these features after declining or withdrawing analytics consent; submitting a form is subject to sections 1–5. You may also block analytics through browser settings or Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

7. Destruction of personal information

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Information held as electronic files is permanently deleted by a method that prevents recovery; any information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.

8. Security measures

The Company applies the following measures to protect personal information.

· The number of staff who handle personal information is kept to a minimum, and access is granted only to those staff.

· Information submitted through the forms is encrypted end to end over HTTPS.

· A security challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) blocks automated spam and abuse.

· Providers entrusted with processing (section 5) are selected for their own security controls and access management.

9. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Send your request to the contact in section 10 and the Company will act on it without delay. Requests made through a representative must include a letter of authorization.

12. Changes to this policy

From the next revision of this policy onward, changes will be posted on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Changes that materially affect your rights will be posted at least 30 days in advance.

13. Effective date

This policy takes effect on September 14, 2026.
