1. Information we collect

Woorimyeon Co., Ltd. ('the Company') collects company name, contact person, phone, email, and message content through the business inquiry form, and your email address through the materials request form at the bottom of every page. These items are submitted by you directly; information collected automatically via cookies while you browse the site is covered separately in section 6.

2. Purpose of use

Collected information is used solely to receive, review, and respond to inquiries, and to send the materials you request.

3. Retention period

Inquiry and materials-request data is retained for 3 years after the request is closed, then destroyed without delay. Data is deleted immediately upon request.

4. Disclosure to third parties

The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties. It may be disclosed only where required by law or where a law-enforcement authority requests it through the procedure prescribed by law, and only to that extent. Processing entrusted to service providers is covered separately in section 5.

5. Processors and international transfer

To operate this website the Company entrusts processing to the providers below. Their servers are located outside Korea, so your personal information is transferred abroad. In every case the transfer happens at the moment you submit a form or load the site, over the internet.

You may refuse the international transfer. No transfer of form data occurs if you contact us by phone (+82 1551-1959) or email (sales@dpnoodle.com) instead of using a form, and analytics can be refused by the means described in section 6. The transfer of access information for hosting, however, happens simply by opening this website; if you do not want that, please stop using the site and contact us at the details above.

6. Cookies and web analytics

We use Google Analytics to improve this website. Cookies collect the referral path, pages viewed, key actions such as inquiry form submissions, materials requests and phone-number clicks, and device or browser information. Personally identifying details such as your name or phone number are not collected for analytics. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Refusing cookies does not restrict your use of the site, including the inquiry form. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, no analytics cookies are stored.

7. Destruction of personal information

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Information held as electronic files is permanently deleted by a method that prevents recovery; any information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.

8. Security measures

The Company applies the following measures to protect personal information.

· The number of staff who handle personal information is kept to a minimum, and access is granted only to those staff.

· Information submitted through the forms is encrypted end to end over HTTPS.

· A security challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) blocks automated spam and abuse.

· Providers entrusted with processing (section 5) are selected for their own security controls and access management.

9. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Send your request to the contact in section 10 and the Company will act on it without delay. Requests made through a representative must include a letter of authorization.

12. Changes to this policy

From the next revision of this policy onward, changes will be posted on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Changes that materially affect your rights will be posted at least 30 days in advance.

13. Effective date

This policy is effective as of September 4, 2026, superseding the previous version effective August 24, 2026.
